Our Mexico single-origin draws from the legendary coffee-growing areas of Chiapas and Oaxaca — regions celebrated for their rich volcanic soil, high altitude, and generations of farming expertise. The result is a certified Organic medium roast with notes of dark chocolate, warming cinnamon, and a crisp green apple finish that's as complex as it is approachable.
